The service

Bandhu Multi Service provides subscription access to business software (web and Android app) under a single plan. The plan price and validity period shown on this website at the time of purchase apply to your subscription.

Accounts

Accounts are created by us after verification — there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity under your account. One subscription covers one business (one tenant account).

Validity & renewal

Access runs until the end of the paid validity period, plus any grace period shown in the plan. Renewal payments are verified through the UPI UTR you submit; verified renewals extend validity from the current expiry or payment date as shown in the software.

Acceptable use

Use the software only for your lawful business records. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or resell access without our written permission.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but like any online service it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
