Who we are

Bandhu Multi Service ("we", "us") provides subscription business software and digital services through bandhumultiservice.co.in and its product subdomains. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 9732700178.

Your business data belongs to you

The records you enter into our software — your customers, bills, stock and accounts — are your data. We process and store them only so the software works for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on our hosting servers (and, for some of our tools, in Google Sheets connected to the service). Access is limited to your account users and to our support team when you ask for help.

What we collect

Account details (business name, owner name, mobile number), subscription and payment records (including UPI UTR references you submit), and the business records you create inside the software.

Security & backups

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. We take regular backups to protect against server failure, but we recommend you also keep your own periodic exports of important reports.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about your business, ask for corrections, or ask for your account data to be deleted when you stop using the service.
